Along the lines of the "word it" project at Speak Up, express a take on the issues addressed in these readings (blogs, Lupton, Lawson). You may do more than one.

Use language from OED definitions of "design", either verb or noun, or both. Juxtapose this with an example of design (completed, process, your own or others').

Minimum four, each 5 by 5 inches.

The exercise is akin to emblems, in its potential combination of text and image in a tight, almost algebraic construct.
