After a lot of thinking I've decided that I will concentrate on a magazine about snowboarding. I will focus on many aspects of snowboarding, from injury statistics, through history, and designs of snowboards, I will touch base on numerous areas in order to compile a full scale color magazine of a sport that I love. The magazine will include photography as well as my own personal accounts and advertisements. Most likely it will consist of a montage of data, interviews, and photographs that will be created into a page spreads. I may explore other mediums in which I can display or gather my information such as web, or video but there will definitely be printed material throughout the course of the semester in the form of smaller magazines or "mini-mags." I plan on doing a few mini-mags as starters for the actual big magazine. The minis will be small and black and white books for sake of time restraints and they will help me practice for a final issue.
