"I hate it if I notice that I like something, if I am able to do something, so that I just have to repeat it, that it could become a habit. Then I stop immediately. Also if it threatens to become beautiful."
I enjoy getting into habits. I enjoy making things that exist for other people's eyes to wonder about. Dieter Roth (1930-1998) once said that a museum is a "graveyard" for art. Once a piece is in there it just becomes a piece of history and nothing else. So when all else fails, make something and keep making them. Make things for no other reason than that they exist. "I am revolutionary. Almost as revolutionary as that guy that created the telephone. I am the first human on earth to put pictures of airplanes inside of a moose." Michael Colocouris
