Hedwiga's Time Machine
project duration : one semester
My project for Senior Design Seminar is based on the theme of time. My guidelines are from the fictional autobiographical story of how I built a time machine, and disappeared.
What I have created and intend to continue creating this semester will represent what I had left behind from my studies of time. I proposed that the format for this project vary in order to keep myself from feeling tied down to one thing. Two months have passed, and by far I've made a sundial, some sketches, a web site, and a poster. It's not as much as I planned on making. Partly because I didn't factor in other aspects of my life interfering with the schedule of my project, and partly because I just have been slacking. Since I only have a month left of seminar, I think I'm going to try and focus on a smaller range of things to make. Since I've already made some sketches and a sundial, I plan on making something of a series of sundials, from at least 3 to... maybe 12 (depending on how fast I make them), and then to catalog it. And I will also try and update the site I've already made here and there.
